1. Nature of Services

All services offered are digital and delivered instantly or progressively. Therefore, refunds are limited.


2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Service not delivered at all
  • Order remains pending beyond reasonable time
  • Incorrect service provided due to system error


3. Partial Refunds

If an order is partially completed, a proportional refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect details submitted by the user
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms
  • Completed orders


5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.


6. Refund Processing
